The Molokan Palace building is incredibly rich as to its historical value. It was built in the early twentieth century as a tribute to the Renaissance. The building is designed in the style of Azerbaijani architecture renewal period. Moreover, the state assigned it the status of a monument of historical significance. In the design of the facade, exclusively natural materials are used – stone, wood and metal, which harmoniously complement each other.
The outer look of the building combines sophisticated architecture in an ensemble with rich glass facade. Neat rows of windows enrich the exterior of each floor, and the stone balustrade beautifully complements the row of arched windows on the top floor.
The manufacture of windows and doors was done by the MIRT company. Main goal of the company during the restoration process was to keep the historical and architectural appearance of the building and, at the same time, to provide comfort for future residents and visitors.
